Worst costumer service and returns

<div>Last year October, I order 3 bed sets which all arrived but were not the colours we ordered. The queen set was also faulty, including the base and headboard. I had been communicating with ++++. He’ll promise to collect to beds to correct the error in colour, then the next day he claims you’re not picking up the phone. Same story everyday with no results. Till this day, I have not been adequately assisted and remain with 3 incorrect orders</div>
