Worse Funiture store ever!!!!

I do not recommend ever buying anything from this Funiture place, I had a horrible experience from lifestyle home, I got this place off instagram and followed them for quite some time, I then went to the showroom which is in midrand , I was impressed with all the pieces of furniture I saw and then decided to place a order then and there which was end of November 2024, they told me my order should be ready in 3 months which wasn’t a problem for me . To my surprise 4 months down the line I could not get anyone to answer the landline nor respond to my WhatsApp’s I then called the guy lemack who helped me in the showroom and also it was so difficult to have him respond back on WhatsApp , until I started demanding answers. To which a man named Lelo started repsonding back via email , they gave me 2 incorrect date as to when the order will be ready , fast forward to it being 5 months down the line I then went to the show room in midrand, and I demanded my money back or the order , then suddenly lemack got Lelo on his line , and he then said the order was ready . I went the next day to pick it up in centurion and to my surprise you cannot go into their premises they bring out the order which is even more uncomfortable and unprofessional, after waiting 30 plus minutes my order comes out and when I do get home I realize the order is in a different color when I sent Lelo another complaint via email I received a reply back after a day or 2 after I sent several emails . I just proceeded to block this people because number 1 they waisted 5 to 6 months of my time and hence I cannot even get a reply back it’s not worth the money time and effort.
