Very dissatisfied Customer

I ordered a queen headboard, paid in full and they proceeded to ship me a double headboard. I have sent them pics of the comparison that the size is wrong but no help, I want a refund but no one comes back to me, it's different consultant each time and they never give me feedback!! Their service is horrible, what they ship is not what is displayed. If you want frustration in your life order at your own Risk! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
