Very bad customer sevice

I bought 2 bean bags at their warehouse sale in July and was only able to take one home on the day , now 3 months later i still don't have the second one. I've contacted athem numerous times telephonically and via email and they still have not arranged collection. They don't answer my calls and ignore my emails. Very disappointing .
