Utterly poor service and communication from Lifestyle Home

I placed an order (Order 52176) and paid for Two 3 seater and one 1 seater Lumora Outdoor Sofa’s from their Luxury Collection on 22 Jan 2026. According to the order details we could collect our order on 23 March 2026 since we opted for a collection of our order. We called 3/2/1 weeks before our collection date to confirm collection for 23 March and after numerous calls and whatsapp messges made every time, eventually got through and got confirmation that our order is still in construction. We spoke to Victor every time who made promisses and gave his word that he will come back with answers for date of delivery but never did. Eventually, we and Victor arranged to pick up our order on Saturday 4 April 26 after we confirmed the date and time dor collection three times during the previous week. I had to rent a trailer for the full weekend because of Easter weekend with a cost of R1450.00. Victor confirmed the appointment and that he will call us with a gate code to enter. On our way to the collection point at 10:00 Victor called to cancel because the cusions were not available because the depot mamager did not release the cusions and that he is not available to open the facility. Victor informed us that he is willing to provide the steel frames that we collected at their store in Centurion. Both Victor and Matthew a Manager from Cape Town, who according to him were send to the Gauten offices to sort out their problems, promised me that they will coerier the cusions to me on Tuesday 7 April 26 and also send me the coerier way bill. We again after request got whatsapp confirmation from Victor that delivery will be same day delivery on 7 April. After the cusions were not delivered on the 7th, we called again and after about 40 calls got through to Anton who promised that he will get back to us regarding a next delivery. He unbeleiveably called back and told me that the coerier dis not pick up our delivery and will picl up on Friday 17 April. We again tried to confirm delivery on 15 April and eventually got through to Victor again who confirmed that they will not be using the coerier service and instaed deliver on Friday 17 April witj one of their own delivery trucks in Nortsh West since they meed to deliver two orders. Again the cusions was not delivered on 17 April and we do need your assitance in this matter. Pikkie Kok
