Unresolved delivery & horrible customer service

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received regarding my order for a bed, placed five months ago from lifestyle home.Despite numerous follow-ups, the bed has not been delivered, and no refund has been processed, even after multiple requests.

Additionally, their team has repeatedly failed to respond to emails and calls, and the delivery date continues to be postponed without any clear explanation. The lack of support from their sales team has only added to my frustration.
