Unacceptable substandard workmanship, poor to no client service,

This is the worst, unprofessional experience I have ever had. 75% deposit paid on 14/7/2021. Lead time was 45 working days. Delivery fee was R10 000.00!!!!! On Sunday 19/9/2021 at 7h15 a huge removal truck stopped in front of our house with only a driver in sight - no one to off load!!!! With no choice (and after R10 000 delivery was paid) my husband and the driver off loaded all the furniture we bought. 13 items in total of which 2 huge coaches, complete outside furniture set with two couches etc. As they carried off we opened the boxes - 9 out of the 13 items were either the wrong color (gold instead of black ***** as per invoice), paint pealing off, paint sprayed with spray can - horrific quality!!!!! I emailed them the same day. After days of trying to get hold of them they apologized and promised to replace the 9 items. In November (1,5 months later) two Lifestyle-home staff members came with a bakkie with the frames of the furniture they had to replace. They were there for 4 hours busy sanding and spray painting (with a normal spray can) the NEW replacement furniture! Total disaster and mess. When they wanted to put the old seats on to the new black bar chair frames, they saw that the new frames were bigger than the old frames and that the seats don't fit. Since then we have not received the new seats of the bar chairs, all the outside furniture pieces are busy rusting and the paint is coming off. The outside furniture are kept indoors most of the time. When I bought the outdoor furniture I was assured that it is of excellent quality for outdoor use. Definitely not!!!!!!!! I will NEVER recommend anyone to do business with Lifestyle-Home!!!!!!!!!!!😡
