Unacceptable Service and Lack of Accountability from Lifestyle Hom

It is extremely disappointing that even the Consumer Goods Ombudsman cannot assist with complaints against Lifestyle Home due to their apparent unwillingness to cooperate with the office to resolve issues. This reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. To add to this, I am still waiting for the delivery of the bed set I purchased in November 2024, which is unacceptable. If it was possible to give 0 stars that is what I will do.
