The Absolute Worst. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Where do I even begin?!?! This has by far been the ABSOLUTE worst experience we have ever had, with any business. LH has dreadful customer service etiquette. They lie and make empty promises.

We paid for our couch in November 2023, scheduled that we receive our couch in June 2024. Upon requesting that it be delivered, Mustapha advised it is on its way to the Cape Town depot. When calling for an update and for the Cape Town address, Mustapha couldn't provide it. This made it clear that Mustapha was lying and that it had not even left the workshop.

Mustapha then proceeded to give other dates that it would get to the depot, which was not fulfilled. Because of the undue waiting period, we then demanded that it be delivered to our home, with no cost to ourselves, to which they agreed and promised that it would be. Once our couch was at the Cape Town depot, Mustapha cut communication with us and we were left to make our own plan to get the couch home.

All in all, the worst experience ever had with any company and so much conviction went into this review because wow. Cannot stress it any more than I already have. The. Absolute. Worst.
