TERRIBLE SERVICE

Purchased a couch online on 02 January 2026 but I still have not received it. Communication from the store is non-existent and everytime I make a follow up I'm told stories about why I haven't received the couch yet, the last time I called the I was told that I would receive it by 30 March but still nothing up to now. I asked for a refund and that was not even entertained with a response. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again!!!
