Terrible service and even worse quality products

We purchased a cinema couch from Lifestyle. The entire process was extremely delayed with no updates unless I asked. Then, we received a couch that immediately started to sink in the middle. I immediately informed the salesperson, and he advised he would get back to me which never happened. I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist however no one responds. DO NOT BUY from here unless you want bad service and even worse quality products.
