Terrible dishonest service and communication - no product delivered.

Enquiry made on 9.10.2023. Estimated timeline was 30 working days. Deposit was paid on 17 October 2023. On 6 November 2023 informed that item was in production but delivery promised by 10 December 2023. Further enquiry to Lameck revealed that the company did not inform on progress. 18 November 2023 enquiry made with empty promises. Checked in on 27 November 2023 with Lameck and he said that he didn't have information and couldn't tell what was going on. When requested to speak to management Mustapha's name was given. On 6 December 2023 Mustapha confirmed order would be ready by the following Thursday being the 14th. We communicated that we would be away on holiday and that delivery would have to take place by the 11th of December 2023. Request was made to cancel the transaction due to poor service and terrible communication. On 8 December 2023 we again requested if we could collect before holidays. Was promised a call which never materialized. On 15 December they informed that table was ready and only then informed of additional R 700 delivery fee. Was informed that it would be ready for collection on 10 January 2023. Messages sent on 8th and 10th of January 2024 went unanswered. I would not recommend this company.
