I made a purchase in Feb, for a headboard online. It’s been 3 months and the order status is still written up as “processed”. I’ve called numerous times only to get promises of a follow up and delivery and then silence.

This company seems to forget that we’re spending our hard earned money to get furniture but no one seems to care. Their website is just as terrible, including emails received from their customer service that are badly written.
