RUN RUN RUN - STAY AWAY - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I cannot even begin to explain my levels of anger and frustration with this company. We saw their Instagram posts and loved the furniture they were putting up. My partner literally dragged me to their place in Atterbury and we bought a couches and chairs. This was on the 11th of April.

Sometime in June, I called and I was told I will have my order by by 30 June, but my partner's birthday was coming up on the 23rd, so I asked if we can get the stuff a week prior. Only to be told we will receive the stuff on the 14th of July. SO DISAPPOINTING, but we waited. *sigh*.

Today, the 11th of July, I texted via the Instagram DM only to be told "your order will be ready for collection on 28 July". Like what the heck?!? To make things worse, you can't get hold of anyone via phone or whatsapp.

This was the worst decision we ever made. Poor customer service + constant goal post shifting + no communication from them (you have to chase them).

I curse the day I walked into that store. NEVER AGAIN.
