Rude staff & no product delivery

Placed an order in August and paid. To date I was unable to speak to a manager as they are in “virtual meetings” and not allowed to speak to customers. Dispatch can not give me date when the order will be arriving with the truck from Cape Town. The same story every week since November. They put the phone down in your ear while speaking and if you ask to many questions the put you on hold and never pick up again. Beware! Do not buy here! They just take your money and can not provide the product
