Refund still not received

I purchased kitchen bar chairs, the make of the chairs was so bad all three chairs were not the same even by size. I then returned the chairs for a refund they agreed to the refund in which I was supposed to receive on the 2nd May 2024 but till date I haven’t received my money. Worse part no one is responding to my calls, emails or WhatsApp
