Poor service from Lifestyle Home

Purchased a headboard on takealot which in turn got it from Lifestyle Home received my order but was working away so I didn't have a chance to open it when I returned and started with my bedroom and opened it it was not the color I ordered. I have been trying to get Lifestyle Home to change my order but they have not been responding to me at all the last correspondence was on the 28 December saying that I have to wait till the 28 January as they will be opening a new store. The worst service I have ever received. All I want is a colour change of the headboard.
