Poor service

I bought an Ottoman online(Takealot) which they deliver and after delivery realized many default which i reported to Takealot and later was told to contact Lifestyle home which i contacted through emails and whatsap chat services and they promised to sort out the matter from last year November 2022 and was told the owner are in Cape Town opening the new branch but later around April they told me they will replace it and up to date still waiting for their response or assistance and they no longer respond to my mails.
