Poor quality of work on couches

I've received my couches from them which I struggled to get them delivered. The workmanship on the couches in not proper. The back support is just too straight. We have to sit up straight and cannot put the cushions at an angle which hurt the back. I've tried making enquiries on their Instagram messenger,but not getting any joy.
