Poor quality goods and customer service

I bought a couch from lifestyle home, which was only delivered after 5 months. Thereafter, the couch started to tear within two months. I have communicated the above to the Company at their branch, via WhatsApp and direct messaging on Instagram. To date my enquiry has not been solved. Their website shows an established and well designed catalogue. However, the quality is so poor. I am appalled with this disgusting service from this establishment.
