POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a couch on the 10th October and paid cash and till to date i still haven't received my couch. They had initially said i will receive my order in December before the 23th but no delivery was made, i called again in Jan following up and now I'm told my order is still not ready. I have spoken to 4 people different people and all of them tell me a different story, they cant even confirm the date of delivery. So I've been waiting for my order for four months now.
