Poor communication and lack of delivery

I ordered the Dorothy office desk in May 2023, with an estimated delivery timeline of 55-70 working days. However, after inquiring about the progress and delivery fee in August, I received no response. Attempts to follow up through WhatsApp have also resulted in inconsistent and limited communication. It has now been over a year, and I have yet to receive the desk. I received a message via whatsapp but my previous review was taken down and my issue still hasn't been resolved. I will post a review everyday until I receive my money or my desk. The CSOS couldn't help me because the company is NOT a member.
