Pathetic customer service from Lifestyle Home! Stuck with an incorrect order and money down the drain!

So disgusting the service recieved from lifestyle home. They sent me the incorrect colour couch. Lauren advised that she would br sending me either a new couch or an ottoman of choice till this day no couch changed no ottoman recieved. Customer service sends me back and fourth with zero joy. I'm so damn frustrated!!!!
