Pathetic and disgusting service

Please DO NOT buy from this company. 4 months later I still haven’t received my headboard. I paid for it in full. Not only are they not meeting their end of the deal but they don’t want to give me my money back so I can go buy somewhere more efficient. Pathetic and disgusting service.
