Just a quick share of our recent experience with lifestyle home. End of September we have ordered a few items of lifestyle home. We have paid at check out and looked forward to receive the order at the estimated time. Order was confirmed and we did not think much about it, waiting for the furniture to arrive. The first order was a bit delayed and the persons on the phone did not exactly knew where, when, what. So we have read the reviews ( only the bad ones though) We panicked a little and decided to call them to get a quick and daily update. Nobody knew exactly where our order was ( production, testing,etc), so we decided to call them every day. The people on the phone were always friendly and patient with us, although we started to be a pain. We expected the worst due to all the bad reviews. Still, everyone on their side stayed patient, friendly and tried to help as far as they could. As they could not provide us with an exact delivery date, we thought it will never arrive. We sent somebody to go see them, even to their warehouse, which they were not really happy with, we felt. To our surprise the first order arrived from Joburg to Cape Town with a third company only 2 days later than expected. Everyone was friendly and professionel. And-the furniture is beautiful!🌸 For the second order we did the same, called everyday ( nobody knew again where or at what stage the furniture ordered was, everyone still friendly and patient with us, so we thought, this will take ages. Today we called again, they did not know when it would be delivered. And to our big surprise, it was suddenly delivered to Cape Town this same afternoon. And again, beautiful furniture and friendly, professionel delivery. So all in all @lifestylehome THANK you! We panicked, you stayed professionel, always calm, a little chaotic, but it was worth it. Everything arrived in 3 weeks and we are happy. Communication is key. But now we can say our experience was good. And everything as it should be.
