Order not delivered

Lifestyle home did not deliver my order, I purchased 3 queen sized beds on the 24 of july and on the 4th of august i reached out to follow up and i was informed that they we’re experiencing delivery issues and that it would arrive shortly. The confirmed that it was a branch in Cape Town. After my call they did not follow up with me, to this day i have not received my order, i would like either a full refund or the beds delivered as soon as possible
