Non delivered of the headboard that was order and paid for on 3 December 2026

I please an order on the 03 of December 2025 and paid on the same day for a headboard which was suppose to be delivered February. Until today the bed has not been delivered. I even went to their show room in Midrand in March where I as told that it will be delivered in April now still they has not delivered and there’s no communication or anything from their side and am tired of them I just need to be refunded my money.
