Wish we could give you a minus 5 scoring. You should not get any star.

Please note that when you place an order with this company that you will need to consistently follow up with them.

The only telephone number that you will receive to follow up on is 064- *** which is answered randomly and when they know your number, they will ignore your calls.

We purchased a couch on the 27 November 2022 online.

On the 7th of December 2022 we contacted the store to confirm when we can expect delivery of the item. Sadly, we were informed that the store has burned down, and that the Sofa would need to be manufactured. Thus, the order will only be ready for delivery end of January 2023.

The item was for a client, and we advised the company representative that we will need to cancel the order as we need to supply the Sofa before the 15th of December 2022.

We have submitted the refund request and have been trying to follow up since. Our emails are ignored and our phone calls.

I wish I can say that this is only a terrible experience as it is a chain reaction after the fire, but we have heard from other clients that this is the same problem they have had prior.

As per our previous communication we have advised you that we will be taking this matter further for the Public to see.
