No delivery, no communication, no resolution

I placed an order with Lifestyle Home and have been given multiple delivery dates that were never honoured. Communication has been poor throughout - you have to constantly follow up with no proper feedback or resolution offered.

When I formally requested a refund and provided evidence as requested, I was given yet another delivery date instead of addressing my concern. To date there has been no resolution and no accountability.

I no longer want the couch - I just want my money back. If you are considering placing an order with Lifestyle Home, please think twice. They do not honour their commitments and do not communicate. Avoid.
