My couch is too big

I bought a 4 seater couch. The couch came out bigger than I expected. It didn't want to fit in my lounge. I called them and only after 2 weeks they collected and sorted it out 3 weeks after. It was frustrating to go through this. But it is so beauuuuutiful now.
