Much more then my expectations
The new website is easy and helpful. Ordered online on Friday morning. Called in, spoke to Jeane and ask if there was a couch available for me to collect. Was directed to the DC and waited 2 hours. Finally left with my purchase on the same day. Thank you for going the extra mile Jeane.
