Lifestyle homes poor delibery

I since placed an order 5 December 2024 and I was informed my oder would be delivered by 15 February 2025, getting closer to the date I called to confirm and they informed me my order would only be ready by 3 March. 3rd March they were silent so on the 8th I wen lt to their Show room in Midrand to enquire and I was not really assisted. Then on the 9th they answered my WhatsApp texts and said 15 March, 15 March they told me 7th April, 7th April I called and they informed me my item was in a truck from Cape Town and it should arrive that afternoon and they will call me to schedule delivery, they never call back, ever!! On the 8th I called and again they told me they would call me back and they again didn't, on the 9th I called again and they said my order was in inspection and will be dispatched from there and I would be contacted,still nothing. On the 10th I sent a follow up and again on the 11th April, then I was told delivery will now be on the 19th April. Their service is so frustrating and they lack communication, they are running a dishonest business and once you have made payment, forget about getting any communication. I don't even want to wait for the 19th April coz I know I will get another date. Leaving this here to save someone their time, energy and effort.
