Arguably the worst customer service to date. You spend a fortune expecting good customer service and reasonable turnaround time. There was nothing unique about my order, it was straight off the catalogue. In fact, I want to cancel my order, and in terms of their T&C's:

"6.2 The sale is only implemented when the Goods are delivered to you, irrespective of payment confirmation by Lifestyle Home. *You may cancel your order at any time before receiving shipping information from couriers.* After the Goods had been delivered, may you request a return in accordance with the Returns Policy and Guidelines"
