Hi... I have a challenge with Lifestylehome Centurion, 09 June 2021 bought couches and headboard, I took my measurements with me, was told to wait for 50-70 working days I did, send someone to picked the couches on the 12 October 2021, to my surprise the couches came with wrong measurements, wrong colour and VERY POOR quality but headboard was fine, called them explaining the problem they promised to picked them up and they failed to do that, 15 November hired a transport to take them back since they were big and couldn't fit and the colour was wrong, they called me on the 17 asking for an explanation and I did explain again. They said I must give them 2 weeks they will make other couches but since I know their poor service told them no I can't wait again can I just have my money, to this day I'm waiting for my refund and I'm checking them everyday but still no refund and they keep sending me from pillar to post..
