Lifestyle Home - Not worth the hassle

I paid a 75% deposit on 20 October 2025 for a couch, light, and tv unit to ensure delivery before 15 Dec 2025. On January 9th 2026, I was told that I would still have to wait until the end of January before I received my order. I received only my mounted tv unit late on Saturday 31 Jan 2026. Regarding the couch I have been told that the materials needed to be ordered, that their driver had an accident and my couch was one of the items that fell off and got damaged and needed to be repaired. I have been told that due to the rain they can not deliver, however when I drove past the area that they apparently manufacture from there was no rain (only much earlier in the day). And when they have run out of excuses and stories to spin, they simply ignore your calls and messages. I would strongly advise against using Lifestyle Home or any affiliate company of theirs if you are looking for an equitable and professional transaction. To date, it has been 4 months, and I am still waiting for a successful and final resolution to a regretful decision to do business with them. I would also strongly advise against believing that your experience would be any better ... consider yourself informed.
