I have been trying for months to get an update regarding my couch, but unfortunately I have received little to no assistance. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and when I do receive a response, the emails are often unhelpful and dismissive. My order is now well past the promised delivery date, yet I still have no clear communication or resolution. The lack of customer service and communication has been very disappointing. As a customer, I expected better support and transparency throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage potential customers to consider the level of after-sales service before placing an order.
