Lifestyle Home doesn't care about their existing customers

I bought a couch last year July, now it looks like it has been used for 5 years. I called them and they thought I was a new buyer when I asked them about the guarantee and warranty, after I've mentioned that I want to return my couch so that they can fix it the guy hang up. It's a pity that they only care about new customers and do nothing about us. I mean I'm the only one using the couch, it shouldn't be in the state that it is now
