Lifestyle Home - Collection address for orders shipped to CPT depot?

I am writing here seeking help. I bought a couch from the establishment a few months ago. Ever so often I'd log onto their webpage to check on the status of the order.

Yesterday it said order delivered, called one of their numbers to be told that the status was referring to the order being delivered to their Cape Town Depot.

I was alright with that until I asked for an address as to where I could collect the order from. Seems like I am now been given the run around.

Could anyone/someone please provide me with an address where they collected their order from in Cape Town.
