The worst customer experience ever.

I ordered a headboard and base set as well as a couch in January 2022 and both items were delivered in April. I made full payment and the headboard and base arrived in the wrong colour and the couch was different sizes. I tried to call to call them back but their telephone lines went unanswered for a month. When they eventually got back to me- it took another 3 weeks for them to come take the items back in order to rectify the order. It is now June 2022 and I still haven’t received my headboard and base set. I have been trying to get my money back but they ignore phone calls, messages and emails. I have also tried contacting them on Instagram with no luck.

If you respect your money and time, do not buy anything from this store. No matter how appealing their products look online- stay far away.
