Lifestyle Home cannot deliver

I ordered and paid R20499.00 for an outdoor patio set on the 15th of October. To date I have not received it back. I have contacted them, whatsapped them demanded a refund from them and now they just ignore me. I have even taken to LinkedIn and messed the Managing Director Mohammed Irfan. At first he was apologetic and assured me he would asset to resolve, but now he too is ignoring me.

Absolutely shocking! I will also be lodging a case with the Consumer Complaints Commission.
