Just ANOTHER bad review

I drove through from Pta to their warehouse in Midrand after arranging with a specific sales agent to meet him there On arrival he wasn't there and I was met by another agent who was not helpful at all The specific range that I asked to view wasn't in the showroom. All in all I think the furniture is good value for money but I was not willing to place an order due to the poor service I then went ahead and bought from Patio Warehouse instead, at three times the price but with furniture that is in an entire different class. Value for money is important to me but so is pre and post sales service
