Incorrect item delivered, Issues with ordering online & poor customer service

A few weeks ago I ordered a headboard from their website — I know exactly what I selected. When it finally arrived after weeks of waiting, it was the COMPLETELY WRONG ONE.

Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. I called and clearly told them to collect the wrong headboard and deliver the correct one that I actually paid for. I was then promised a call back at 5pm with an update — no one ever called.

I have had to chase them repeatedly just to get a response, and now I'm just being left waiting. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. To wait weeks, carefully select what you want, and then receive the wrong item with zero urgency to fix it is infuriating.

I will never order from them again.
