Inaccurate and misleading product descriptions and non-existent customer service

<div>Do not order from this company. I ordered the Helen Linen daybed sleepeer from them on 18 March and after weeks of chasing was finally given a date to collect it, which I did on 4 June. On getting it home and opening the packaging I discovered a catalogue of problems - the described size on the website was 800 x 1500, but it is 300mm longer making it too big for the space intended. It is a totally different colour to what was pictured. What is worse though is the quality - it is meant to unfold into a double sleeper bed, but there is zero padding on the base, just a wooden frame with some fabric over it. 'Dreamy guest bed' it definitely isn't. The photos and video are from another company's site - what is supp**** is totally inferior. I've sent emails and exchanged WhatsApps with Lelo from the customer support team - despite numerous attempts to get a resolution and being told the matter would be escalated I've received no response from them since 12 June.</div>
