I ordered a couch Order number #INV-005370. Sales person: Ashmiralda Couch I ordered is Harper 4 seater with Ottoman. This order was done on the 30Nov I was promised delivery verbally by Ash for the 20 Dec today is 31st March 2025 I have not received the couch. I was told about 70 day delivery or collection terms and condition. Fine it’s over the 70 days. Everytime I call I receive promises until the 24 March when Muji Mohamed sent me a confirmation of delivery for the 31 March 2025. I waited for a delivery call today as it is 31 March until I decided to call. I am now told that they are half staffed as they went to church. This is so frustrating as I had to take a day off, organise people to help with carrying the couch to my unit . I cannot do that again. I need my couch. I am frustrated. I cannot wait any longer to get frustrated by this company. They have zero zero tolerance for customers you must jump to their music. As you pay a non refundable deposit.
