I ordered a couch from Lifestyle Home on 2 December 2025, with delivery expected between 1 and 31 January 2026. However, even now, I still haven’t received it. I’ve called multiple times and was repeatedly told it would be delivered within three days, but those promises were never kept. I also tried contacting them via WhatsApp; although I received reference numbers, no one ever followed up. I’m frustrated and unsure of what to do next, especially since I don’t know if I’ll be able to get a refund at this point. I’m extremely disappointed with their service and regret not choosing a different store.
