Horrible service

Absolutely ********** service. Arranged for collection the day before. We arrived, the order wasn't ready, we had to wait outside the premises in our vehicle in the sun with screaming children for over an hour because the order wasn't ready. We tried to phone all the numbers we couldn't find with no answer anywhere. I asked when arranging for collection if we needed a trailer and got no answer. Then when the order came we had to make plan because it didn't fit in our canopy. Will never order from here again!!!
