GOODS RECEIVED - POOR QUALITY

This a follow up from my complaint from a few weeks ago.

After stalking them on several social media platforms, someone eventually called me and made all sorts of excuses regarding why they kept shifting my pick up date and I was not having any of it. I even insisted on a date and he (Mustafah I think is his name) reluctantly gave me 17/7/2023.

I went there with a driver, to some dingy dilapidated place in Gerhardsville and we had to wait for over an hour. You could see that they they were making the stuff as I waited, because they kept bringing it out in bits and pieces. Eventually, we took our couches home and much to our disappointment, the fabric used was far inferior to what we were chose in the show room. The cushions are all irregular in size and you get swallowed as soon as you sit. It's REALLY not comfortable. Add to that, the couches had stain marks (one was so big) and glue marks. REALLY untidy. To think we waited almost four months for our stuff.

Oh, did I mention that we also bought two strap occasional emma chairs? They didn't have the colour we chose, so for the sake of our sanity, we chose what they showed us, which was a burnt orange and we went with that. The driver had to come back the second day to collect (more delivery costs for me) and when he left, I noticed that those guys did't put those "plastic stoppers" at the bottom, so now my tiles are going to be scratched if I don't make a plan to buy them somewhere else.

I will NEVER go back there and if you are reading this, I sincerely hope you take my advice and RUN
