Frustrated by lifestyle home

I ordered a headboard on the 9th of December 2023, on the 27th of January 2024 I sent email to them enquiring when my order will be delivered there was no response and sent the 2nd email on the 14 of February and they responded on the 15th of February promising to deliver on the 21st of February. It’s the 6th of April today they haven’t delivered and they are not responding to my emails. They don’t care about customers at all.
