False Alessio Bed adverti*****t

I ordered my Best last year in November and only received it on the 3/4th of March. This was false advertising I did not receive what I ordered the colour was completely different and the design of the headboard, I wish I could share the pictures. When I sent an email to the client support specialist He said he will investigate within 72hrs when I did a follow up he said he is waiting for a way forward from Dispatch. It’s been 8 days and he responded that he does not recall me sending an email querying an incorrect delivery. I resent all the paper trail to him and he has not responded. When I went to their instagram page they have removed the Alessio bed they advertised and suspended my lifestyle home account where I had made the order online. All I want is for you to come and fetch this bed and give me my refund back please. I have a housewarming coming up soon and with this bed you’ve delivered is ruining everything.
