Extremely Disappointing Service-Do not buy on black friday!

Purchased a headboard and ottoman on black friday 2025. Items were supposed to be delivered by end January 2026. No delivery and you cannot get a hold of them. They ignore emails and whatsapps even instagram messaging. When they eventually do its weeks down the line. In Feb someone contacted me only to inform that their manufacturer closed down and they were backlogged but trying to source a new one. Again I had to make many follow ups eventually only the headboard was delivered end Feb. To date i have not received my second order, the ottoman. And guess what?? Again i cannot get a hold of them telephonically with no response to my whatsapp and emails. Totally frustrated with this bunch. Makes me wonder if i will ever receive my order otherwise they stole my money 😢
